The Brockville Braves took the lead late in the second on a goal from Philippe Gilmour.

Gilmour answered for the Braves with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 17:53 with helpers from teammates Fraser and Kirkby.
During the third period, Jefferson deposited a goal at 1:42 with assists from Holland and Mcmahon. Beaton answered for Kemptville with a goal at 5:51 with helpers from his linemates, Mcgrath and Taillon. Hawkins answered for the Braves with a goal at 18:08 with assists from Jarvis and Kirkby.
Brockville’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Evenson as he stopped 24 of the 27 shots he faced. Evenson’s counterpart, Lukenda, also had a big night, managing to stop 42 of 47, but ultimately fell short.
This win brings the Brockville Braves’ record to (13-11-0-1).
